Color Changes

One of many color changes ... Grandma Frisby misses their blond!

Can I Do It?

Well here goes.. I love every ones blogs - and I'm not great about communicating with everyone individually, so I'm going to start a Kim and kids blog!!

I'm looking forward to a new and hopefully better 2009!!
Change seems like it may be our theme this year!!

Zanna first change will be graduating from Cosmetology School some time in Feb. (She's so ready). She does an awesome job - coloring seems to be a strong point, you just have to look at her and Zoya's hair color changes to see that!! She will also be coaching J.V. Softball at Meridian High School. She will be very successful at both- she is such a strong person - she impresses me everyday!!

Zoya's changes started with the beginning of her Senior year. She decided to give up basketball - mom and Grandpa Frisby were pretty sad about this- and take up dance - that's right her Sr. year. She tried out and made Auxiliary where she did awesome - looking like she had done it for years!! I have to hand it to her -6:00 a.m. practices and then volleyball practice and games after school..yes mom was impressed!! Auxiliary took her to Disneyland for comp. and play - more play. She is currently on the Highflight Dance team - that's right more 6:00 a.m. practices. She loves it and it shows - Yep I am way proud of her!!

Changes for Zade have been in entering Middle School, turning 12 and receiving the priesthood. Wrestling has became his passion this year!! He made varsity as a 6th grader - dropped 13 pounds - and gained a ton of confidence. He was so fun to watch - he showed improvement with each match - win or lose he is always a good sport!!!I never thought I'd have a wrestler - but this just might be his sport - sorry Uncle Tony!! (He will still play basketball - he has till High School to have to choose!) He's such a funny, and happy kid - he keeps me laughing and smiling all the time!!

His sisters love to torment him- he enjoys every min.

We spent two nights ago in the ER - he cut his finger with a pocket knife and had to have three stitches - His sisters said he freaked out so bad the neighbors heard him - he did freak, but he calmed down pretty fast and at the hospital his sense of humor returned.

Zade.."I'm going to be kind of a big deal at school tomorrow"
Mom.. "Could you figure out another way to be a big deal then almost cutting your finger off?"
Zade..." HaHa .. Yea I'm really already a big deal"

My first big change for 2009 is going to be figuring out this blog thing!! So be patient - I'll keep trying!!
